I am an adventurer.

I’m passionate about growth and transformation.  I’ve lived and traveled all over the world picking up four languages, three self-made businesses and raising a beautiful son along the way. I love them all.

I’m mischievous, playful, irreverent and love people with big dreams and crazy ideas. In fact, I live for them. There is little that gives me greater joy than to be a gleeful co-conspirator in helping someone realizing those dreams.

As a life coach, I work with you to create the most ecstatic and fulfilling life you can imagine. I’ve studied with renowned teachers internationally in the realm of self-actualization and sexual expression and I bring the best of these practices into my work with you. I rely on my strong intuition, humor and a sometimes gentle, sometimes bold approach to catapult you forward.

I welcome all those wanting to make quantum leaps in their lives.

My areas of expertise are: 1) personal coaching in all areas: health, fitness, career, spiritual growth, love and relationships. 2) working with entrepreneurs, executives and artists seeking to expand their vision and businesses; 3) exploring and transforming issues around sexual expression and intimacy.

Twenty years of study in personal growth, sexuality and entrepreneurial ventures serve as the foundation to my practice. In intimacy coaching, I employ techniques from a variety of modalities including Taoist sexual energy work and the teachings of David Deida. I’ve completed my training with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), adhering to their standards and ethics.
